The following terms apply to all Apsley Studio Gift Vouchers purchased through our website.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 4 years from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers are redeemable exclusively on the Apsley Studio website and cannot be used with any other retailer or platform.
• Gift vouchers may be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products available at Apsley Studio.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred for monetary value, except where required by Australian law.
• Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
• If the total value of your order exceeds the value of your gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.
• If the value of your purchase is less than the available gift voucher balance, the remaining balance will remain on the gift voucher until it is redeemed or expires.
• Multiple gift vouchers may be used in a single transaction where our website supports this functionality.
• Gift vouchers cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed or completed.
• Gift vouchers are the responsibility of the holder. Apsley Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers and they may not be replaced or refunded.
• Apsley Studio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend a gift voucher where fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected.
• We reserve the right to amend these Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and will be published on our website.

Nothing in these Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

Apsley Rewards is Apsley Studio’s loyalty program designed to reward customers for shopping with us and engaging with our brand. Through Apsley Rewards, customers can earn Apsley Points through eligible activities and redeem them for rewards, discounts, and other benefits available through the program.

By participating in Apsley Rewards, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional terms communicated through the Apsley Studio website or loyalty program.

Customers must have an eligible Apsley Studio account to participate in Apsley Rewards and are responsible for ensuring that their account information remains accurate and up to date.

Apsley Points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed except through the Apsley Rewards Program.

Apsley Points may only be earned and redeemed in accordance with the rules of the Apsley Rewards Program. Customers agree to use Apsley Rewards fairly and responsibly. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, creation of multiple accounts, or attempts to manipulate the program may result in the cancellation of Apsley Points or removal from the program.

Apsley Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Apsley Rewards Program at any time, including changes to how Apsley Points are earned, redeemed, or the rewards available. Any changes will not affect rewards that have already been successfully redeemed.

Further details regarding earning and redeeming Apsley Points will be available through the Apsley Studio website and within the Apsley Rewards Program.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apsley Studio is not responsible for losses, damages, or delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

While Apsley Studio makes reasonable efforts to ensure the website is accurate, reliable, and available, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Apsley Studio Rewards members may participate in the Refer a Friend program by referring a new customer to Apsley Studio using the referral method provided through the Rewards program.

The Refer a Friend reward is available only where the referred person is a new customer who has not previously made a purchase from Apsley Studio and is not an existing Apsley Studio customer.

To qualify for the referral discount, the new customer must join Apsley Studio Rewards and make their first eligible purchase by accessing Apsley Studio through the referring member’s unique referral link. If the new customer does not use the referring member’s referral link when making their first eligible purchase, the referral discount will not be provided and the referring member will not be eligible to receive the referral reward.

The referred person will receive a 20% discount on their first eligible purchase made using the applicable referral voucher.

The Rewards member who made the referral will become eligible to receive a 20% discount voucher after the referred customer has successfully completed their eligible purchase.

For the purposes of this section, a purchase is considered completed once payment has been successfully processed and the order has not been cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed.

Referral vouchers issued to the referring member do not expire.

Referral vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, discount code or promotional offer, unless otherwise stated by Apsley Studio.

Referral rewards are personal to the eligible Rewards member and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.

Apsley Studio reserves the right to decline, cancel or reverse a referral reward where it reasonably believes that the referral has been generated through fraudulent, misleading or abusive activity, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligible Apsley Studio Rewards members will receive a 10% discount as a birthday reward.

The birthday discount will be issued to the member in accordance with the details associated with their Rewards account. The discount coupon is valid for one (1) month from the date of issue, after which it will expire and cannot be redeemed.

The birthday discount is personal to the eligible Rewards member, has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless otherwise stated by Apsley Studio.

Apsley Studio Rewards members will earn 1 Apsley Point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases made through Apsley Studio.

Points are calculated based on the eligible purchase amount and are awarded to the Rewards member's account in accordance with the Apsley Studio Rewards program.

Apsley Points are promotional rewards provided under the Apsley Studio Rewards program. Points do not have a cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person, or sold, and may only be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Apsley Studio Rewards redemption rules.

Apsley Studio reserves the right to exclude certain purchases, products, fees, charges or transactions from earning points where this is specified by the Rewards program.

Points may be adjusted, cancelled or removed where a transaction is cancelled, refunded, reversed or otherwise determined not to be an eligible purchase.

Apsley Studio may correct points awarded in error and may suspend or cancel points where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraud or activity contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

Apsley Studio Rewards members may earn 100 Apsley Points by submitting a review of a product purchased from Apsley Studio through the review system provided on the Apsley Studio website.

The review must relate to a product purchased by the Rewards member and must be submitted in accordance with the review requirements applicable to the Apsley Studio website.

Points will be awarded for eligible reviews in accordance with the Apsley Studio Rewards program.

Apsley Studio reserves the right to withhold or remove points where a review is found to be fraudulent, misleading, abusive, inappropriate, submitted in breach of the review requirements, or otherwise ineligible for the Rewards program.

Customers who create an account with Apsley Studio will receive a 10% discount voucher as an account creation reward.

The account creation discount is available to new Apsley Studio account holders and is intended for use on their first eligible purchase following account creation.

The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.

The discount is personal to the eligible account holder, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

The account creation discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, discount code or promotional offer unless otherwise stated by Apsley Studio.

Apsley Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel the account creation reward where multiple accounts have been created for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards or where the reward has otherwise been obtained through fraudulent or improper means.
