Apsley Studio ships all orders within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped, including your tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your order size, delivery location, and selected delivery method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 within Australia. Any eligible shipping promotions will automatically adjust the shipping price at checkout.

We carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier provider. If anything goes wrong during transit, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please check your shipping details carefully before completing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assess the issue and work with you on a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier provider and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders are securely fulfilled and shipped through trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
