Currently, Apsley Studio ships within Australia only.

Yes. Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $100.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on opened or used cosmetics unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Gift Cards
Yes. Apsley Studio gift cards are available to purchase online and can be redeemed on eligible purchases through our website.
Apsley Studio gift cards are valid for 4 years from the date of purchase.
No. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to our Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
